2-step log-in isn’t working

If your 2-step log-in isn’t working follow the steps below.

If you’re not getting the SMS, check that:

• your device can receive texts - we don’t send SMS codes by WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger
• you’re checking the right phone number - it should be the one you registered when you set up 2-step login
• you have a strong signal

If it’s still not working:

• turn 3G/4G off and on
• turn your phone off and on
• try a local carrier if you’re on international roaming
