Can I cancel my transfer after completing the transaction?
Depending on what stage your transfer is at, you may be able to cancel it.
We advise contacting us as soon as possible if you want to request to cancel the transfer.
Once a transfer has been sent to the recipient’s account and is marked as complete, we can’t cancel it. If this happens, we recommend that you get in touch with the recipient and ask them to return the money to you, or, if the payment was to yourself, transfer it back.
Unfortunately, TransferLab can’t get involved in disputes between senders and recipients, so be sure you know and trust the person or business you’re sending money to before you make the transfer.
