Can I change my transfer after completing the transaction?

Depending on what stage your transfer is at, you may be able to change it.

We advise contacting us as soon as possible if you want to change the transfer.

Once a transfer has been sent to the recipients account we can't change it. If this happens, we recommend that you get in touch with the recipient and ask them to return the money to you, or, if the payment was to yourself, transfer it back.

Unfortunately, TransferLab can’t get involved in disputes between senders and recipients, so be sure you know and trust the person or business you’re sending money to before you make the transfer.
