Can I edit my account details?

You can edit your account details, but some details can't be changed once you've created your first transfer.

See below for info about what you can and can't edit:

Date of birth - you can’t edit this after you’ve completed your first transfer.

Name - this can be updated in certain circumstances if you've changed your name for any reason. We can help you update the name on your account, but we will need you to send us a photo or scan of the legal document which shows your name change - this can be a marriage certificate or deed poll record - along with your ID (if your ID hasn't been verified yet).

Address - this can be changed if you have moved home. However, we may need to re-verify this new address once you've edited these details in your account.

Phone number - this can be changed but you'll need to confirm your new number by SMS if you have 2-step login enabled on your account.

Email address - the email address you use for your TransferLab can be updated.

To edit your TransferLab account details, follow these steps:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on "My Account" on the left-hand side
  • Click on "My Profile"
  • Click "Update Info"
  • Click "Update" to save the changes
