How long does a refund take?
This depends on several factors, including:
- the way you paid for the transfer
- the currency you paid with
- how long your bank takes to process refunds.
Refunds for bank transfers
Generally, a bank transfer takes between 0-3 working days to appear back in your account.
Refunds to debit card
If your money transfer was funded by a card payment, the refund can take up to 10 working days to arrive back into your account. This is because both our provider and your card issuer need to process the refund.
