Having problems with verification?
If you don’t have some or any of the documents required for verification, you won't be able to make money transfers.
We can sometimes make exceptions. For more details, get in touch with our team.
Once we receive your forms of ID, we aim to get your account verified as soon as possible - usually on the same working day.
If we need more information to finish verifying you, we’ll be in touch via email. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
