What happens if money transfer doesn't arrive with my recipient?

If you have received a notification that your money is on its way and your transfer doesn't arrive with your recipient within a few days, get in touch with our Support Team, who will investigate your transfer status.

Note: Be aware that if you make the transfer just before or during a weekend, your transfer will take longer to reach your recipient.
