What if my payment is unsuccessful?

  • TransferLab not supporting your type of card
  • The 3DS (3D Security) of the card
  • Insufficient funds in your bank account
  • Or a technical issue

If for some reason your card payment didn't work, you should see an error message. If the payment doesn't work and no money leaves your account, you can try again by re-entering your card details and completing the 3DS process.
