When do I redeem my reward?

Once the friend or business you invited to TransferLab has signed up and made an eligible transfer, you'll be notified by the TransferLab team via email with details of how to redeem your reward.

Once redeemed, your reward will be transferred to your bank account within 5 working days. And if we haven't done it already, we'll need to confirm your identity before we pay your first reward.
