Why didn't I get my reward?

Once you've qualified for a reward, we’ll send you an email to let you know that it's ready to collect.

We don’t send out your reward automatically, because we don’t know which account you’d like to receive it into. After you’ve claimed your reward and provided us with your bank details, it can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven’t received an email, it could be that you haven’t qualified for your reward yet. For full details of the rules check out our Referral Program T&Cs.
